The fill density of HCFC Blend B within a container should not exceed that needed to achieve complete filling of the container at the maximum envisaged storage temperature. Properties like HCFC-123 purity, HCFC-123 content, argon content, tetrafluoromethane content, acidity, water content, nonvolatile residue content, and suspended matter or sediment content shall be determined by subjecting HCFC Blend B to various tests.
