The adjunct provides the technical basis of, and rationale for, the TTS equation in E900-15. The data in the MS-Excel file, referred to as the "PLOTTER," were catalogued to enable their use to assess the predictive accuracy of various TTS equations. PLOTTER provides a general-purpose tool for graphing and statistical analysis of the data and the TTS equation predictions.
